Description

Introduction

Problem-solving and decision-making are life skills that are important in our everyday existence.  Problems, big or small, require a solution and by extension, a decision.  At home, at work or in the public arena, we are at some time or another, faced with a problem and it is how we approach and deal with it that determines how it will be resolved and how our resulting decision will impact on us and the people around us.
These skills go hand in hand, and this 2-day course gives participants a good grounding in the tools and techniques we need when situations arise — particularly in the workplace — that need resolution and closure.
