Description

Introduction

This course will benefit anyone who communicates with others whether it is in a private setting, formal event, in the workplace or other situation.
Throughout your day, you are communicating with others. Whether it’s the speech you deliver in the boardroom, an email or text to a friend, chatting with your spouse or thanking the cashier as he/she hands you your change at the supermarket.  It is our everyday communication and exchanges with people we know and many who we don’t know.
This two-day workshop will provide you with the tools and techniques to engage with others, understand situational communication and practice effective communication approaches. From this course, you will gain confidence and readiness for those instances of interaction, both professional and personal.
