About the program

Train the Trainer is a course for experienced teachers to become Teacher Trainers.
Participants develop the knowledge and skills they need to train English language teachers working in primary and secondary schools. They learn how to run training sessions, observe teaching and give feedback.
Teachers who successfully complete the Train the Trainer course are qualified to train teachers on the TKT, CELT-P and CELT-S and other various teaching courses.
At Educate, we offer Trainers the skills and knowledge that would help in developing other trainers.

Who should attend?
  • ESL and EFL teachers with 5 years and above experience
  • Independent English language user (CEFR Level B2/C1 and above)

  • Develop skills for designing and delivering teacher training courses
  • Plan and deliver effective training courses
  • Gain skills of observing and giving feedback
  • Further develop as a TTT
